Seven Directions Institute of Art and Science is Santa Cruz’s premiere creative center for kids. SDI offers art and science instruction in a lively 2000-square-foot studio with over 100 live animals and countless 3D models to inspire creativity in every student.

OPEN HOUSE Friday, May 16th 4-7PM
Please join us at Seven Directions for our first open house. Kids can visit our many birds, reptiles, and marine creatures while parents learn about summer camps, classes and parties. Refreshments will be provided.
Summer Art Camps Are Filling Up!
Summer Art and Science Camps are filling up more quickly this year, however some spaces in all camps remain as of May 8th. Register now to reserve your space. The 2008 Summer Camp Schedule includes several new camps and a convenient after care program available until 5:30 daily.
Single week enrollment is available on limited basis for some camps.
Camps are multi-age and available to kids 4 and older. Session 1, Digital Art and Photography is for kids 8 and older. Students may enroll in AM, PM or all day summer camps. AM camp meets 9-12:30, PM camp meets 1-4:30PM, and ALL DAY meets 9-4:30, with an additional hour available until 5:30 for $15/daily. Ongoing Art Classes
Please click HERE for information on the various weekend, after school and mid day classes offered at Seven Directions. Use the link below to register and the drop down menu below to pay online. All classes currently have spaces available. Classes meet four time per month for 2 hours. Enrollment is monthly. Children may enroll any time. Please click here to view our class schedule. All classes are month-to-month. Each class meets once weekly, four times a month, for two hours a class. Classes are $80 a month with a $20 monthly materials fee.

Free Intro Class
A free intro class is available for new students during our weekly program from September through June. Intro classes are not available during seasonal camps.
